Protects grout; Satillo; porcelain and quarry tile; terra-cotta; masonry; brick; concrete; and natural stone. Will not leave a difficult; hard to remove residue. Low odor, water-based, neutral pH formula. On polished or dense surfaces. 1 quart covers 200-300 sq. feet while 1 gallon covers 800 to 1200 sq. ft. On porous surfaces 1 quart covers 50-100 sq. ft. while 1 gallon covers 200-400 sq. ft. 2-3 hour drying time. Can be recoated in 24 hours.
